Amy has worked with the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, TCU Athletics, the NBA G-league, Gatorade Sports Science Institute, Texas Health Sports Medicine and more. She has also worked with thousands of youth athletes and everyday exercisers. Amy is the co-author of Swim, Bike, Run, Eat, a sports nutrition book for triathlon athletes, and nutrition contributor to retired NFL Player Donald Driver’s book, The 3-D Body Revolution.
